After opening Stork Vision Madison I received several calls on a
weekly basis inquiring if I could offer diagnostic services for
patients in need of a diagnostic exam.
Due to our health care crisis across America I decided to try and
offer professional services to patients without insurance and/or
private insurances that had a high deductible. Due to the demand
of this type of service I decided to expand my services to the
population in need. I am very proud to offer these services in hope
that I can provide something to a community in need of alternative
sources. I have hired a professional radiology service to read the
exams and the turnaround time is as competitive as other imaging
centers.
It is my hope that I can offer a service that is professional and
affordable.

Fetal Anatomy Screening with Fetal Measurements ($150)
This is a very thorough scan to check the baby's 4 chamber heart, brain, spine, bowel, kidneys, bladder, 3V cord, cord
insertion and limbs to detect any abnormalities. This can never completely guarantee that the baby will be normal but it
gives very strong reassurance. We also check the placenta, and amniotic fluid. If requested the sex is determined on
this scan.
Fetal Measurements (Weight, (EDD) Estimated Due Date) ($90)
On this scan we measure the baby's head, abdomen and limbs. We get an estimate of the weight of the baby. This gives
a guide to how big the baby is.
Limited Pregnant Uterus ($65)
This scan is done during the course of pregnancy to image the fetal heart beat, placental location, fetal position, and/or
qualitative amniotic fluid volume.
Biophysical Profile ($80)
This is a GREAT tool to check for fetal well being. We will check for fetal movement, breathing, flexion, heart
acceleration, and amniotic fluid.
Cervical Length ($50)
If you are at risk of premature birth then we can scan to assess the length of the uterine cervix. This can be done at any
stage from 16 weeks but is most useful at 18 - 21 weeks of pregnancy with a full bladder.
Abdominal Complete ($140)
This scan is includes Liver, GB, CBD, Pancreas, Right Kidney, Left Kidney, Spleen, Aorta, IVC.
Abdominal Limited ($80)
This scan includes a Right Upper Quadrant only. This scan is usually utilized for patients that have suspicion of
gallbladder disease.
Retroperitoneal ($80)
This scan includes and is not limited to Both Kidneys, Aorta, and IVC.
Pelvic Ultrasound (Non Obstetric) ($90)
This scan is includes Uterus, cervix, adnexa (ovaries and outlying areas) complete.
Early OB greater than 7 weeks- to 10 weeks ($100)
Must be 7 weeks gestational age. Evaluate the pelvic anatomy and age of the fetus in first trimester.
Renal Ultrasound ($120)
This scan includes both kidneys and bladder with post void residual.
***Venous Doppler Bilateral ($120) / Venous Doppler Unilateral ($80)
***Venous services will be available in 2010.

services to many expectant families desiring to complete their ultrasound in a more family-centered,
patient-focused environment. We offer complimentary images of the patients session, and as always gender
determination is by request only. 2. Gynecology services. 3. Abdominal ultrasounds including Complete and
Limited services. 4. In 2010 we are adding on Vascular Studies. Please call our office for more information
regarding which exams you would like to have done.

longer be rushed through the procedure. And, the fee for an exam at Edwards Imaging is over 50 percent less
than the common cost of an ultrasound at other facilities. We cater to the uninsured and private insurance sector

the reports of all findings are forwarded to our radiology reading services. We will provide the report to the
